Ensure a Successful Start-Up for Your Anaerobic Digestion Plant
Whether you are a constructor or an operator, you may need an expert to oversee the commissioning of your equipment.
I supervise the start-up of your facilities – including anaerobic digestion units, biogas and biomethane upgrading systems, CO₂ liquefaction units, and waste treatment processes.
My support begins with a functional analysis and relies on close coordination between stakeholders: project managers, automation engineers, biologists and clients.
During commissioning phases, I handle cold and hot testing, adapt to on-site realities, and resolve unforeseen issues as they arise.
Performance validation is carried out in direct collaboration with both constructors and operators, ensuring a smooth start-up and a continuous improvement mindset
Team Training for Efficient Plant Operation
The performance of your anaerobic digestion plant depends on well-trained operators.
I offer comprehensive operational training, either during commissioning or when integrating new team members.
My approach combines practical and theoretical learning to prepare your staff for day-to-day plant operation, preventive maintenance, optimal use of monitoring and control systems.
